I LOVE Pausa! Laura has made an incredible job with this cafe “european style” The baristas know what they’re doing. The quality of their coffee is outstanding, very consistent, great service! My favorite orders are: Cortado ( best in town) Triple Cappucino

What a charming place! We attended a bridal shower there and it was wonderful. The food was superb and the coffee was incredible. Our family especially enjoyed the martinis, and variety of different cocktails, mocktails too. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We'll be back!!

Been a few times and I have to say their coffee/cappuccino is exceptional. Both quality and price. My drink is always consistent in flavor. They also offer both plain and lemoned free water. I haven't tried the pastries yet but they had bananas which I really appreciated because I don't always want a sweet pastry in the morning. The shop itself is also very beautiful and staff is kind/friendly. Parking can be a little hit or miss but thats out of their control.

We have never been to Pausa. But wow oh wow should you go 😎 we stopped in to Pausa after a nice dinner at the cheesecake factory and while we were surprised. Not only did they have a jazz like live music going on but the aura and atmosphere was super chill and laid-back. People that Pollos on and we're wearing nice clothing but it wasn't super dressy in there either. They serve mixed cocktails and craft coffee brews as well. The staff was super into their drinks and excited to serve us. I'm definitely looking forward to going back.

Pausa is really cute, I’m excited to see it continue to grow! The design is very relaxing and elegant. I think the coffee & cocktails concept is unique and creative. I like how inviting the front of house is. I ordered a cherry danish and an iced latte with PH delight syrup. I ended up asking for a little extra syrup as the latte was a bit watery and not sweet enough, but it was much better once I got a little more in there! I enjoyed the danish, I think it probably could have been fresher though was still flavorful and satisfying. I would love to see Pausa make their own syrups and expand their seasonal drink section.
